Free 30-day returns in France and Europe

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt. *Excludes promotional products.

Free standard delivery from €200 in France and Europe

Le 9 offers fast and secure delivery via Chronopost. Your orders are shipped within 24 hours, and delivery takes 2 to 4 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Shipping within 24 hours

Orders placed before 1 p.m. are prepared and sent the same day.

Delivery in France and Europe

For orders under 200 euros, a delivery charge of 10 euros is applied.

Delivery to the rest of the world

For orders outside Europe, delivery fees apply depending on the destination and package size. These fees can vary between 15 and 50 euros. The customer is informed of the delivery fees at the time of payment of their order.

Refund procedure

Exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To return your product, you have two options:

  • Visit our store at 1 rue du four saint jean, Perpignan, refund within 96 hours .

  • Return your package to the store address: Boutique Le 9 at 1 rue du four saint jean, Perpignan . Contact us by email at:
    fabrice.aninat@boutiquele9.com . The refund will be made within 96 hours from the date of receipt of your package.

     Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging with the receipt and all accessories. Perfume and candle cases must always be sealed.
